A friendly yet easily distractable fishcat, Dwynwen lives in the reefs where there are plenty of fish and other fishcats to talk to. She struggles with giving a listening ear if someone is upset, as she wants to make them happy by distracting them from whatever is causing them sadness. She does mean well, though others view her as insincere.

Currently, she's busy helping her scientist friends visiting from the aboveworld with their "sacred task" of categorizing every fish in the reef. She's not sure why, exactly, but she's happy to lend a paw anyway.
