Rogies

Rogies is a government soldier specializing in desert warfare. He cares about his sister Kass and can be a bit reckless at points. When he is not on a mission or bothering Kass, he can be seen in one of the nearest towns eating a "special government doughnut" which is just one of the regular pink frosted doughnuts with space shaped sprinkles that they get often or in the company his boyfriend Scott. 

Personality 

Rogies is a very passionate, cheerful person with a mysterious aura of light and darkness. He was raised by the Toppat Clan where he was experimented on but later escaped with his sister and took asylum with the US government. Despite the circumstances, he remains optimistic. Many perceive him as rather oblivious when encountering him but he is intelligent and quick on his feet.

Outfit Appearance

Rogies wears a brown straw hat with a khaki-colored uniform with the sleeves rolled up. Alternatively, since being transfer to Scott's team, he wears a uniform similar to Scott's uniform, except only the collar is fluffed, while still wearing the brown hat.
