Full title: Fortuna, the Wind Extolling Virtue.

Fortuna was a high-ranking Air-aspect Dragonblooded exalt during the Solar Deliberative's reign, and was one of the many Dragonblooded that was brutally slain during the Usurpation--in her case, because she was a leader of one of the many rebellious groups and put the lives of her people above her own, as she always had in prior conflict. Some of her deeds were later attributed to Mela, much to the ire of one old crab that admired her greatly in life and mourned her deeply in death.

She held both herself and others to high moral standards, especially if they were Exalted, much to the irritation of her Solar lord (who was the kind of Solar that was the reason the Usurpation happened) and to a lesser degree her own students. It is very likely that, had she not led a rebellion against him, she would have been executed for pushing harder on that front than the Solar was willing to tolerate to keep a skilled soldier around.

She was primarily a teacher by the time of her death, and one of her many students was the young man who would become known as Earth-crushing Claw. She saved his life by asking him to deliver a message (telling them of her plans, that she didn't expect to survive, that they needed to run, and that she loved them) to her wife (an Earth aspect) and children before the bloodshed. Her descendants now form a tiny clan of outcaste Dragonblooded, far to the northeast, where they specialize in fighting Wyld incursions. Claw often visits them, usually in a stolen shape, to see how they're doing.

She carried many mutations from her frequent excursions into the Wyld, most notably massive, gull-like wings and a long, almost draconic tail. Her hair was a bright blue (not her birth color, but the color it became after over many centuries of being a very powerful dragonblooded), and her skin was notably cold to touch. Not quite to the extent of feeling corpse-y, just... very, very cold hands.
