Adelaise

Adelaise Lesot Sauvageau is a curious and private individual, keeping to herself most of the time at Garreg Mach. Not one to act on feelings and seen as rather stern, she takes care of problems on her own - which can inconvenience both herself and others. A fan of reading, studying magic and reason typically, she tends to help tutor other students not as knowledgeable in those subjects.

Born to an insignificant noble family in Faerghus, Adelaise was born with a crest (the Crest of Macuil, the corresponding relic of which is the Bucephaline Scepter), and therefore her parents didn't see a need for more children. Growing up rather alone, she was both anxious and excited about joining Garreg Mach. Eventually she did make friends there - most specifically Linhardt, Marianne, Ashe, María, and Valentine, though she also formed a budding romance with Dimitri after they would study weaponry late at night. At the Ball they met at the Goddess Tower, promising to stick by each other, though this was all thrown into chaos as the Flame Emperor tore apart the academy, leaving Adelaise on her own wondering if Dimitri and her other friends were even alive.
