Bestla is a Kyurem Korey met in the Unova region. She is known to be cold towards others, but is quite serious when it comes to wanting to be whole with its missing halves, or when winning in a battle. No thanks to Ghetsis, she got a taste for her missing half, but couldn't revel in the success due to being defeated shortly afterward. She curses at Ghetsis before she flees to recover, showing up once more after Korey defeated the new Champion of the Pokemon League and when he got N's Reshiram after besting him underneath N's Castle. After a tought battle, she joined him in his travels, now able to transform into either her Black Kyurem or White Kyurem form at any time with the DNA Splicers.

Bestla has fused with Leizi, the Pokemon of Ideals that chose Korey two years ago. In this form, Leizi and Bestla's voices speak simultaneously, almost as if the two are in sync. She acts almost similarly to Leizi, apart from the occasional cold glare she'd give to anyone. She also maintains Leizi's shinyness, despite Bestla not being fully shiny herself. Glaciate becomes Freeze Shock and Slash is replaced with Fusion Bolt, Leizi's signature move.
