Idea: Sailor (she/they) is a creature of Chaos. The liquid that forms her tail and surrounds her eyes is an extension of her magic. They hate the fact that they are a part of Chaos' army, and they try to supress their magic. But this just leads to more problems, and she must learn to love herself for who she is.
