- Sweetspot - despite being a pony - seems to be new to Equestria, he still often asks for directions, and mostly stays on his strange airship. He's known to give other ponies pastries and other baked goods, both as a "thank you" for any assistance they've given him, but also due to his awkwardness in introducing himself. "Who could hate a pony who gives them something sweet when they meet up? I suppose someone who's allergic, maybe I should change what I give people... Er, ponies, that is!"
- If he's around people he doesn't know well, he can come off as shy and awkward; but around people he knows well or is comfortable around, he becomes very chatty and energetic - sometimes gently bouncing in place or speaking less clearly and more vaguely. He may not always seem serious in either case, but he cares just as much as anyone else - he is lighthearted and optimistic.
- It's very likely he's not an actual pony at all - his magic isn't magic at all, and whatever his original cutiemark and identity was, it seems it's been partially or entirely overwritten - at least when observed from the outside. He may be from some kind of alternate universe, as he frequently forgets common terms and commonplace events and holidays.
- He bottles a lot of emotions up in stressful situations to avoid snapping in person - and releases them privately somewhere on his ship - It's not a good idea to find him in one of these states. Anxiety, worry, aggression and frustration have an effect on his composure, and it reflects in his appearance.

Design Notes
- His magic is shaped in goo blobs, it seems it's not magic at all, but he uses it in place of magic - it is the same teal colour as his goo spots.
- His Cutie Mark, if he ever had one, has been covered and erased by the goo.
- His left and right eyes are different colours - his right eye is hot pink with a goo splotch surrounding it, while his left eye is gray blue.
- He sometimes wears a bandage over his eye and clothes over the goo spots.
- If he's in a sad mood, his hair seems to flatten - similiar to Pinkie Pie, but to a lesser extent (it turns wavy, not straight)
- His motifs are Donuts, stars, and crecent moon shapes.
