Personality

 Louie is a very agitated kid. He jumps and fidgets about when he has to wait for something and loves playing. Likes hugging and can be too rough with his affection [like tacklehugging, he's not aware of his strength]. 

 He doesn't mind being told what to do, it's just that he won't listen. He seems and acts younger than he actually is. If he sets his mind on something he won't give up, and there's no one who can convince him of it. Despite that, he usually forgets his goals and sets for something else quite quickly.

 He's also a chatterbox. If he starts talking he won't stop 'till he's tired of it. Very affectionate though. He clings to people like chewing gum. 

Likes

 Candy [he prefers chewy candy], playing tag, piggyback rides, cool looking bugs, mornings, hugs, chatting. 

Dislikes

Bedtime, veggies, rain, hard to read books, coffee [too sour for him], having nobody to talk to. 

 Other

 •He likes giving people nicknames. 

 •Tends to stand on his heel(ys) a lot so he falls on his butt often. 

 •Can be bribed into following orders if given candy.

 •He feels lonely very often. People usually don't approach him because of his agitated behaviour [considered annoying].

 •He doesn't have parents.
