The Clowder lives on the outskirts of Cinder City, thus earning them the name of the Cinder City Outskirts Clowder. It is a fairly large group of cats of various backgrounds- some feral, some abandoned housepets, some that just wander too and from. Majority of the cats here are permanent members.
