History:
Cicero went to college for theatre after moving away from his family. He then moved to the United States to check out what it had in store. He took up a job as an actor at this time, but he spent most of his time busking. This is where he met his future best friend, a man who was looking to start a circus. It took a minute to convince Cicero to join as a clown (which he was already dressed as), but soon their show was on the road. Eventually, they were able to start up a decently sized circus. Cicero works as the theatre and performance head of this circus, but of course, he also works as a clown! The circus that he works for is rumored to abduct children and conduct experiments to turn them into attractions for the freak show, or to force them into other various acts. This rumor is true, and Cicero is knowing and involved with the scheme. He doesn't much care, as he hates children. Yes, he's like that.

Wolfgang -- His favorite person to tease! Wolfgang is a puppeteer in Cicero's theatre troupe. Cicero and Wolfgang both have crushes on each other, but neither of them realizes it.
Malaki -- This is Cicero's best friend and the ringmaster of their circus! They have dated momentarily, they've since broken up, but there are no hard feelings.
