Echoes:

"They are small, fluffy horned creatures that communicate by mimicking sounds they have heard to create music they can interpret as speech. Their mimicry can also be used to lure prey - they are also extremely voracious and constantly hungry, and will eat just about anything. Most Echoes remain in a juvenile form for their whole lives, much like axolotls. It takes very unusual circumstances or a lot of awakened power for an Echo to grow up."

They have a mouth filled with sharp teeth that they usually have buried partway into their neck fluff. You'll see a few showing their mouth but most I ended up drawing the cuter way:
