Leilatha was abandoned by her mother when she was three, when her mother was forced to leave her behind. It was already hard enough raising a half-demon child and keeping it hidden, but her town was being overtaken by stronger demon forces.

Akupheles found Leilatha when traveling to her town. He temporarily took her in, though he was unable to raise her in a safe environment, and offered Sylvar the opportunity to take care of her instead.

Leilatha has been Sylvar's adopted daugher ever since then. She resists against the presumptions that she is cruel just because she is half-demon and wants to create a better image for herself and other kind demons. She also follows Sylvar to the human world after Akupheles went missing.
