Having a reputation for being cold, aristocratic, and contemptuous, most residents of the city consider him a villain. Despite this, those working under him are quite loyal, and are treated with great respect. He often takes in kids from the streets and gives him a home in his castle, as long as they promise to help him with his endeavors as well.
