Born into a normal family of two yols. Mother being very caring while father hard-worker and always trying to make Blackout's life as good as he possibly can even though in their family money wasn't something they had a lot. Living joyful childhood, Lou received twin sisters at the age of 10. He was very doting over them and helped his mother to take care of them. At the age of 14 his father accidentally appeared in the middle of the shooting between some gangs/mafia while going home from work and was shot to death (his work was in the factory in the more dangerous part of suburbs). This event changed Blackout's family's life as young teen had to start working at that time to earn money in his father's stead as his mom still had to take care of younger sisters (they had no money for kindergarten). When babies of the family were big enough to start to go to elementary school, Blackout's mother could start to work as well, earning enough money to send Lou to school as well. That's how Blackout appeared in Norse God's class. The events through his lifetime made him that passive about everything, but he still dots over his younger sisters, going with them to town or attraction park every weekend

Passive about a lot of things (meaning he prefers to stay away from all the fights or passionate discussions) but if he really has to, Blackout can stand for himself. Especially if that day happens to be a bad one; then expect this fella to be grumpy and angry on whole world (give him coffee and it might help). He could be easily described as that one quiet yet mysterious friend. But only true friends of his knows that blackout is actually very caring and friendly fella. It just takes a while to earn his trust.
