Overview
FRANZ FRIEDRICH: Wanted in several countries on counts of manslaughter, irresponsible medical practices, practice with a revoked license, smuggling illicit tools and drugs, and unlicensed testing on human subjects.
IMPORTANT NOTES FOR PURSUAL:
- Small, frail, and sickly, but makes up for his stature by utilizing illegal drugs and poisons. Watch for stray needles.
- Seems to experiment on himself as well as others. No idea what issues that could create.
