Terms of Service: Adoptables Last Updated: July 23rd, 2017.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing one of my adoptables.

Your access to and use of the adoptable is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all commissioners (for customs) and purchasers. By purchasing an adoptable from me you agree that you have read and are in compliance with this terms of service.

If you violate any of these Terms in my Terms of Service, you will be blacklisted and banned from my commissions, trades, and adopts forever.

★ ll Trading/Reselling/Gifting Policies DO: ▶ Purchased adoptables may be traded for vouchers/designs and/or goods, gifted, and resold for the same price it was originally bought for if purchased from me or another user. The only exception is you are allowed to add money to the original price for commissions that you paid for.

▶ Adoptables received through gifting or raffle may be traded and gifted but, may not be resold.

▶ You MUST note me with the new owner of the adoptable after you have exchanged.

DO NOT:

▶ Charge extra money for commissions gifted to you. ▶ Ask people to offer with no mention of the actual value (sale price + additional art). Have a solid value, even with vouchers. If you are unsure of the sale price, feel free to contact me.

★ ll Adoptable Changes Polices ▶ You may change normal adoptable 's design in any way you see fit, just don't claim the original base design as your own // like you can change color/etc but still credit that the design still came from me & you can mention you edited it to your liking.

▶ You may not change closed species designs unless a small change is desired and you have explicitly have asked me and received my permission with what you wanted to change.

★ ll Co-Owning ▶ My designs should have one designated owner. Please avoid from splitting costs/etc. to avoid unnecessary problems.

▶ If you decide that you want to have a co-owner down the future, one designated owner still must be assigned and notified to me. This person has complete control of the character in my books. Please co-own at your own risk. If an issue arises, I am not liable for any issues between you and the other person. You must resolve the issue between yourselves.

★ ll Payment Polices

▶ For character designs/adoptables, there are no refunds whatsoever. You agree that you understand the product you are purchasing is the correct product. You agree that you understand the product is already completed, requires no shipment. You agree that you understand that you are voluntarily 100% purchasing this character design/adoptable. ▶ All payment through paypal must be in USD, and you will be sent an invoice. If you are uncomfortable with an invoice, please pay with points then. As I am sorry, but I will not accept if you just send money through paypal, it will immediately be refunded to you.

▶ Do not send any payment until I have asked you to send it.

▶ All payments must be sent for an adoptable within 48 hours after asked to send payment, unless asked for a hold.

▶ Holds are allowed up to a week for those who have purchased a commission or adoptable from me already. New purchasers are allowed up to 72 hours (3 days) at max for holds. The design is not yours until you have paid 100% of the payment. If you have NOT paid the complete payment, you may receive a refund for the amount you paid so far, however the down payment in the beginning for the hold is 100% non-refundable.

▶ You must use your own paypal account, it cannot be a parent's or a friends with permission (this is to avoid possible charge-backs when I have already given you ownership of the design). You must also agree before purchasing the design stating that you are in fact the owner of the paypal account, and you are above the age of 18. If you are not above the age of 18 or are not the owner of the paypal account you intend to pay for the design with, please pay through points only.

▶ Prices are subject to change according to complexity and demand.

▶ If full payment is not received within the time limit then the adoptable will be put back up for sale. Again, any down payment made is non-refundable, however you will be refunded any other payment made and the design will be put back up for sale.

▶ Do not take back bids/offers or so forth without very good reasoning.

▶ If for any reason you charge back me for a completed adoptable/design/outfit that you have purchased, you will be blacklisted and banned from any business with me. The completed adoptable/design/outfit that you purchased will no longer belong to you (as with a chargeback, that means you did not technically pay for the design) and will be placed up for sale again. If you attempt in any way to resell, trade or use a completed adoptable/design/outfit that you charged back the cash for, I will make a journal and notify anyone interested in buying/trading the design from you, that you no longer own it (I apologize, but as you no longer have ownership with a chargeback, you no longer have the right to resell/trade the design to anyone else).

★ ll Communication ▶ All questions, concerns, anything regarding commissions are to be made through deviantart notes.

▶ If you've commissioned me for a custom design or outfit you may check on the progress and/or ask for WIPS (a simple screenshot of what is done on the current commission) if it is done in a civil manner.

▶ Any rude, disrespectful, or abusive commissioners will have their custom design/outfit cancelled and be refunded minus the transaction fee and progress on their commission before the event. They may also be blocked/ignored and denied from so forth.

★ ll Refund Policies ▶ No refunds at all for completed adoptables. If you become unsatisfied with your adoptable, you may resell the adoptable for the price you originally purchased it for, with the exception of +$ extra commissions you have bought.

★ ll Rights/Copyright and Permissions ▶ I claim all rights to the Intellectual Property, but I will not recycle the design.

▶ The commissioner/buyer/owner may never make any products for commercial use with my designs. [If you want to include them in a comic or so forth, please message me in advance and I'll most likely allow it as long as I am credited for the design each comic].

▶ Please save the adoptable's image or upload the image to another server after you have been sent the link.
