i kinda get villain vibes from her quirk,,, but i think she's a very sweet and social person with a savage quirk,,,

If she's able to touch someone she can make them feel like they're drowning. Everycouple of seconds the can see and feel they're chained and on the bottom of a lake/sea,,, Iff she doesn't release them, or iff they are unable to escape, there can be serious concequences.
When she uses her quirk too much or holds onto a person for too long, she slowly feels like she's drowning. She always leaves puddles where she's standing but they dry up in 5 minutes on the dot.
