Poker-faced near constantly, Cielo Vogt is what most people would call the true definition of a dark magic user. They rarely emote, be it smiling, laughing, or tears. They struggle to express themself, and are often fairly blunt and tunnel-visioned when engrossed in a project. Despite their lack of emotional expression and airheaded demeanour, they are an incredibly caring and thoughtful person, as well as a computer genius.
