Elias is fascinated by Sunglow - specifically, the capitol city in which he lives. There are other large cities out there, he knows, but none can beat the Stronghold for liveliness and bright colors. That's why he's chosen to set up shop here. The people in this city are in need of someone to sew them the brightest clothing, and the best, as well, and Elias is here to provide. He can stitch up an outfit in no time, and ensure quality as well.

He tends to talk to himself while he works - often just a running commentary on what he's making. Sometimes he'll make up songs, too - but never when anyone else is within earshot.
