- You may resell, trade, gift, etc., but not for any more than you  bought it for unless it comes with extra art. (Do not turn around and  immediately resell as soon as you recieve said character. Please wait at  least a month before deciding you won't use it)

If you got the character for free, it can only be given/gifted  away-or give back to me. (do not try to sell it for money, art, etc.)  Only exception being is if it has extra art, writing, refs, etc.

-  Please tell me who you're selling them to. There are people that are  blacklisted from ever owning my designs. (You don't need to ask  permission to sell, just who you're selling it to. (If buying a design  for someone else, please tell me who you're buying for. I don't want any  blacklisted people sneaking around trying to get my designs.)
*I gave up on enforcing this, so you don't have to let me know anymore. I don't care at this point lol*

- I do not want my designs back unless mentioned otherwise. I rarely use my own designs lol

- You may not change the species. You can make alternate versions of the character however, that's always fun ;0;

- When purchasing an adopt with multiple palettes, you cannot use the other versions as separate characters. (Unless you offer for them as  separate characters or it's mentioned otherwise)

- You may not change the gender of said designs. (I design them female/enby for a reason, please don't change that)

- When offering art, customs, etc. for adopts, payment must be  completed within three months. If the payment isn't completed, the adopt  will automatically go back up for sale. (Will make exceptions if you  can show proof of your progress)

- You may edit the designs slightly, however, please do not trace/color over the ref (Yes, there  have been several people who have done this haha) I provide or change the design so much that it's unrecognizable.

- If buying a character that was one of my personal ocs, please change the name and info. Make it your own.

- I don't have a ping list. Please do not ask.

- You may repost the character on other sites, but please credit me and link the original.

- You may not use said character for anything rude, hateful, offensive, etc.

-  I would prefer my designs not be used for sexual content. I can't do anything about it if you choose to do so. Just keep it censored and behind a filter. I just have zero interest in viewing said content. That being said, you won't be blacklisted or blocked anymore, as long as it's censored.

- Lastly, please take good care of them. <33
