Blink has the power to freeze time (for a maximum of 30 minutes). During this period of frozen time, she can make changes to the environment around her. She can move people or objects. To the human eye or camera, she looks almost like she is moving super fast, like a speedster. But it only gives the illusion of super speed because of how time operates. She also has increased agility, reflexes, and stamina.
