Chaos

The Children of Octavio are similar to the bosses in Octo Valley in that they were formed using the same base, one of Octavio's tentacles. The main difference lies in the processes and results; while the Octarian bosses are simply tossed out and formed battle-ready, the Octolings that consist of the Children of Octavio were placed into stasis and allowed for their forms to stabilize into full-on Octolings.

Agent 8 (formerly known as Kali, now using the name Psyche Kali/PK) was one of these children, although much younger than the confirmed sibling known as Chaos. These children have been trained into being elite soldiers from a young age, earning their seaweed years before their other comrades. Another sibling is Order, who had disappeared during one of Chaos and Order's missions years before, and was unable to be recovered.

Chaos is a testament to how the final results of these "Children" grow up; she is much taller and hardier than other Octolings in the Octarian army, able to wield a Dynamo similarly to a Carbon Roller. One of her tentacles has developed the X-shaped scar of Octavio naturally.

It also seems like Octavio is afraid of Chaos, but he isn't very chatty.

Chaos and Order are confirmed to have not been brainwashed, perhaps because of either their mental states or simply because they are immune. Chaos attributes this to Octavio not wanting to risk the effects, but with Agent 8 / PK having been hypnotized in the past, perhaps there's something more than that...

Chaos didn’t actually attend this Finalfest, as PK had actually joined the team of Order. Since Chaos didn’t want to face her sister on the battlefield, she sat out.

However, after the Finalfest, Chaos took over Inkopolis, using Salmonids to force the Inklings to comply with her rule. She captured Octavio's snowglobe and Cap'n Cuttlefish, but was unable to capture the Squid Sisters or Off the Hook. PK and her girlfriend Tasia were kept in a large castle that was built for them, allowing Chaos to ensure that they were safe and unable to interfere with her any further.

It was only after Order was found (living with a Small Fry who hadn't joined Chaos' revolt) and brought back to Chaos did she finally release her grip on Inkopolis. Instead, the city would have no rulers, nor would any of their species be deprived, but instead things would be handled equally between the species.

• Chaos, unlike most Octolings, stands at a whopping 7 feet tall. Her Octo form is similar in size to Octavio's, just somewhat smaller.
• Her tentacles are longer than Octolings' tentacles are normally. One of her tentacles has Octavio's familiar X-shaped scar.
• Chaos can speak Octoling, Inkling, and Salmond languages.
• She enjoys allowing Inklings climb on her, thoroughly delighting in the fascination they have with her height.
