precious pastel loving geth who just wants to be friends with everyone

After the events of Priority: Rannoch, the geth send a new infiltration unit to aid the Alliance in particularly troubled locations. They were sent along with a more experienced geth juggernaut (who would later be known as Omri) to network with, since they didn’t have time before shipping out due to their slow processor. This doesn’t work out as planned; they’re always fighting or moving around, so they still don’t have enough time to network. So instead, Omri just acts as the worst babysitter ever.

Since they’re usually sent to similar locations, they end up working with the crew on the SSV Crecy often—so often that they’re offered a permanent position on the ship. Or, permanently until they either die or win the war, and the self-appointed batarian captain has to give the ship back to the Alliance.

The unit(now hesitantly named Torrs by a quarian ally, for ease of communication) readily accepts, intrigued by the diversity among the crew and excited to be a part of it. Of course Omri accepts too, because it’s their job to follow Torrs around and they don’t give a fuck either way.

Omri offers to network with Torrs now that they finally have some downtime, and Torrs refuses, saying that they’d rather continue learning from their own experiences.

Now, Torrs hopes to develop a sense of identity and befriend all of their fellow troopers (and live long enough to do so.)

Torrs is easily the best soldier on the SSV Crecy, able to take out the strongest enemies in record time while keeping their squad alive, and has survived solo missions. The rest of the crew finds the contrast between their usual personality and their attitude during battle slightly unsettling, but can't complain.
