As a fairy variant they can grant wishes (limitedly, usually for minor material things). They also create a magical substance called fairy dust which they can manipulate in interesting ways. (Think matter manipulation but just with this substance). As a life variant, they can heal and regenerate life itself, or create new life in the form of plants and things of the like.
