She's a cute girl based on the flower Zinnias!
Her dress is kinda like a prom dress design! The skirt part is meant to resemble the blooming zinnia and there's a little belt of the tiny yellow center flowers around her waist. The bodice is red like the very center of the flower. She wears long white gloves, a tiny yellow flower corsage, a tiny yellow flower necklace, an earing, and hair piece around bun. Around both the bun and belt has the thin red center pieces poking out. She has her pink hair up in a fancy bun that lets some fall down, cute bangs, and ringlet side pieces.
