History: Ryan grew up in Homeward, inheriting Homeward Motel from her parents and keeping it open as well as he can with the few amount of people that come through. She's a pretty sleepy person, but is still a sucker for tradition and likes to do things as they're usually done.

Appearance: Ryan Buchanan stands at about average height, in the middle of 5 and 6 feet. His full, rosy cheeks give her dark skin a warm glow and his eyes are amber-brown, friendly and inviting. Her head of tight coils dances whenever he moves, which doesn't actually seem to be all that often. Her quizzical smile appears to always offer help, whether or not it's needed, and he has a gait somewhere between a slow walk and a lolling dragging of her feet.
