Sapphire is a bit of a spacey lazy bones. She tends to dream about nothing in particular. There is one thing however that she has a talent for, it’s smelling and tasting. She can pick up subtle notes before anything touches her lips. When she doesn’t have the language to describe an ingredient she’s never had before in a dish or drink, she will use something more common to compare it to.
She chose to work in a tea shop instead a food critique or blogger for no real reason other than it’s close to home and she wouldn’t have to travel for work. She’s in charge of making a weekly special in house blend since she likes dumping tea and spices and dried fruit in a bowl and mixing—and she’s good making tea blends! She’s not well versed in the healing properties of tea but if it tastes nice she’ll drink it
