Velociraptor

He’s an irritating scavenger and acts very much like a ‘stereotypical vulture‘, from a distance he will squawk and taunt other dinos, but if they begin to appear aggressive towards him he’ll run away.

He can be very viscous when it comes to protecting food from others, (if he is larger than the other dino, or he can tell they are not a threat) they prefer to scavenge despite being able to hunt for themself.

Takes advantage of others bad situations, he’d probably steal food from trapped injured dinos, or they cannot see him (blinded/nighttime) he’d be more bold around them etc, he’d rarely try to help them, even if he was able to.

He lives on a desert

He has feathers everywhere except for the pink areas (face, base of feet, tail) which are scaly with some tufts of thinner downy feathers

His crest can be drawn slightly flattened, or more upright, but he always has a somewhat messy appearance.
