Opal is a sweet Puku bird, spending their time nesting on the inside of Timid's hollow body.
They love to use Timid's fur to work into their nest, snuggling into their best friend's hollow core.
They store their pretty stone collection inside them for safe keeping, chirping happily.

During the winter season Opal migrates, Timid laying there seemingly lifeless, staring in the direction Opal will return home from.
Opal doesn't like leaving their best friend alone, but in the cold winter, they would not make it.
They miss their best friend every moment they're away, eagerly awaiting the return of warm weather with their companion.
