Milo has a deep interest in Devigo and his situation because its similar to his homeless lifestyle in the past. He also cant shake off Devigo's mysterious personality-his curiousness eventually lead them to be much closer than they both thought...
Devigo casually found Milo while trying to steal from his shop. Ever since their meeting, Milo hasn't left Devigo alone. At first this would annoy Devigo, but with the time and a bunch of free snacks, he managed to grow fond of him. He affectionately refers to Milo as "Birdbrain" (Even though it started as an insult.)
His twin sister and his only other family member he knows, he treasures her more than anything. He has a certain 'older sibling respect' for Onyx, even though they're the same age......he never want to step on her toes (with good reason;;;)
Despite dealing with her airhead brother, she loves him dearly....in her own quiet way.
She know about Milo's water manipulation and how truly dangerous it can be...
