Personality:  Arl is steadfast and decisive, yet flexible when presented with new  information. Has an odd sense of humor, often mixing in a light amount  of self-deprecation with darker jokes. They’re a good leader- in that  they tend towards making good choices for the future- but they don’t  take their job nearly as seriously as one would expect from someone in  their position.
