An ageless creature who sank to the bottom of the sea a millennia ago after humans drove him to the sea. He reemerged to find a very different world from the one he once knew. A sullen, grumpy and distrustful person, he has no friends below to ocean waves and very few above. One of these being Mable, a Makeki-Neko. She encourages him to join her in exploring the world.

He can sometimes have a short temper.
