Claudette / "Titania"

Born in Fontaine, Claudette Leroux and his parents were visiting cousins in Mondstadt when they were attacked by bandits. Unfortunately, his parents were killed, and he was about to be killed before the Knights of Favonius arrived and chased the bandits away. Unfortunately, there was nothing to be done about the deaths of his parents, so her relatives in Mondstadt worked to raise his.

Unfortunately, he grew up with great resentment for Mondstadt, and ran away from the city several times over the years. When he neared adulthood, he ran away for the last time -- and trained.

He trained himself to use a large mace and shield, fashioning himself into a vigilante who purges bandits from the roads between nations. He has even spurned several of the Fatui in his work, although he will merely say that they shouldn't have interfered.

He was granted the element of Hydro. His Vision is on his hip as part of a belt.

Lesbian, he/him pronouns, 4-star, Hydro. Mechanically, his mace functions similarly to a sword.
