Katie Shrine

A smart and sassy young woman with a passion for all things mechanical.  Despite her charming looks and charismatic personality, she can be quite blunt to others and is known to be a little manipulative too. While on the surface she’s friendly and outgoing, underneath she’s a very lonely person who’s overprotective of the people in her life. Keeps herself distracted with her occupation as a singer and member of a gang of thieves to distract herself from her feelings of loneliness.

Growing up with her parents and older brother in Bronzeloot Village, Katie followed in her father’s footsteps in wanting to be an inventor just like him. The apple didn’t fall far from the tree, as at a very young age she was already smarter than the other kids her age, at least in book smarts. Before long she was toying with vehicles, making new inventions and by the time she was a young teen, her smarts were already rivaling her father's. One day, a fight broke out between her parents and her older brother, and her older brother stormed out leaving them all behind. Katie would experience this abandonment again when her father simply vanished without a word nearly a year later, leaving her and her mother behind distraught.  Tired of feeling alone and lacking in answers, she joins up with a gang of thieves unbeknownst to her mother, using her technical skills to help with heists. As part of her day job, she performs as a singer in a local saloon.
