Izu is quiet and book-smart. He often keeps to himself, disliking it when people try to find out things about him immediately rather than letting it happen. He's a slow-paced sort of person, enjoying things around him and quietly observing others. He's generally kind and easily embarrassed. He works hard, but doesn't let it stop him from spending time with friends and family. He values integrity and dislikes lying to others unless it's for a good reason. He has low self confidence, causing him to have trust issues and self-image issues. However, he does his best to grow out of his behavior.

Shinta (best friends, crush):
Izu is head over heels in love with Shinta, happy to spend any time with him he can get. He doesn't often say anything about it, but he's content being just friends (the majority of the time). Izu gets easily embarrassed when Shinta says something kind about him. He often enjoys going to cafes with Shinta and eating lots of food. He tries not to let his feelings on, but he feels like Shinta knows and doesn't feel the same way.
Zin (childhood friends):
Izu enjoys talking to Zin a whole lot. They're very close and Izu tells Zin everything- even the fact that Izu had a crush on Shinta. Zin wanted to get Izu together, and Izu tried to stop him, but Izu just laughed and told him he would make Izu happy. Although Izu is often embarrassed by Zin's actions, he's still grateful.
