Nectar has to keep up his honey wings everyday with fresh honey to keep them in good working order. His tail is also made out of honey, his hair is not though. Its the only fluffy part on him and it helps him collect pollen like a bee.  

His mate has no wings so he loyally stays on the ground near a low honey hive for her. He is often made fun of by real butterflies for his strange life style.

 Nectar is used to being seen as strange, he was raised by a candy cat mother so he really doesn't know how to be a real bug cat anyway.
