The Grand Wizard Han'h

Even though she is one of 6 Grand Wizards (including Psennik) she's the only one referred to by the title of "The Grand Wizard" as she's the only one who isn't a hermit and actually interacts with the rest of the world. She forces the other Grand Wizards to interact with her at the very minimum at least once a year so she can keep them at least a bit sociable and keep track of them.

She runs a Magic school high in the mountains and trains people of varying magic levels and color types. When Psennik's magic came in she brought him to her school to be her personal student, being the newest and only Purple magic Grand Wizard since the Grand Wizard Tevivi. After much of his training and seeing how, despite her efforts, Tevivi still managed to become a hermit in the wake of the Plague spreading the land, Han'h took Psennik to be the Royal Wizard of the Southern Kingdom. 

A very relaxed and friendly soul, she makes friends with as many people as she can, but tries her best not to abuse her powers and interfere with political issues to easily sway them in her favor. She often goes around naked, unless it's for formal occasions (such as meeting a royal leader), in which she wears her one coat, a gift from The Grand Wizard Yophie.
