Barbels: 3 Pairs (2 pair maxillary, 1 pair chin).  Ears: (Medium Long). Hair Color: (Normal/Silver + Dyed). Base Color: (Electric Violet). Marking 1: (Bright Green. Cheek and ear stripes. Chest, arm, leg, abdomen tail stripes. Rings on wrists, feet, tail. Spikes). Marking 2: (Blue. Dorsal webbing, hand and feet webbing, inner ear). Dorsal Fin: (Spiky). Tail: (Long, two lobes, shark-style). Gills: (2 Pairs). Mutations: 1 Uncommon (Marking defect/ glowing markings)

His name is pronounced like "Kep-Kah". Markings are a minor birth defect that glow slightly. He has altered the markings with tattooing to make them appear more pronounced.

Born long after the Second War, although his parents were taken in the first war. Then he was bred into the human society to become a true Integrated. He gets along well with humans and other species. Although he experiences a bit of Racism and Speciesism on earth, he doesn't allow it to bother him. He spends time in the city, exploring urban reservoirs and diving for treasure to sell or keep. The human family that adopted him treat him well, but they worry about his gangster demeanor. They have attempted to bring him to the ocean, hoping he would adapt more to a marine life, like his ancestors did. However, he dislikes the feeling and taste of salt-water.

Despite the fact that his adopted family is well-off, he is slightly malnourished as he doesn't take to human food very well. They feed him fish and seaweed when they can, but in this modern time, those resources are rare. So he is forced to sometimes eat the human food that he doesn't like. He is NOT nice at all. He will treat his human family with respect. But for most other humans, he is hostile and mean. If you stumble upon him in a random pond, you might find yourself bitten or hissed at.
