Halcyon is a young tiefling woman with lavender skin and pixie cut silvery hair. She's short with a medium build. She is fully covered in tattoos as well as burn scars from an explosion that nearly took her life that makes her skin appear cracked in many places. She is blind and has milky silver eyes. Her right horn is broken off at the crook, but the left remains intact and covered in jewelry. She has many piercings; her lip, ears, tail, and the bridge of her nose. Her tattoos were all done by her father and include tentacles, geometric shapes, eyes, and blackwork bands around her legs, ears, and tail. She often walks using a white cane to help her navigate her surroundings.

Halcyon met Kade while she was rallying support for a protest her parents were holding. Kade looked so tired and downtrodden, she had to reach out. She was rejected a few times, but didn't let it stop her. Kade finally found her after a rally and the two of them became fast friends. They began dating and moved into a tiny apartment in the city and made their life there together. Kade has been Hally's biggest cheerleader through everything as well as her shoulder to cry on and her partner in trouble.

Halcyon's father and mentor, Insight taught her everything she knows. He was her confidant and the person she always went to for advice. She apprenticed under him to become a tattoo artist and followed in his footsteps as he worked to lead the revolution in Dawnhold.

Halcyon's mother, a kindhearted and spiritual woman. Though Halcyon takes after her father, she has her mother's compassionate nature. Serenity is a piercer at the family's shop as well as part of the revolution.
