Design Terms of Use
these are my design rules!
i expect you to follow these rules please ;v;
DESIGN RULES
if you purchase a design from me, you MAY sell it for more than you purchased it for as long as its reasonable, ie. it comes with more art! / you've had them for a long time . this counts with designs you got in trades. this doesnt count for designs you got for free unless art is added. you are free to make MINOR changes to the design, but not to the point where it is unrecognizable you can add any accessories // stuff you want do not make similar designs or breed my designs!
MOST IMPORTANTLY : DESIGNS WILL BE FORCEFULLY REVOKED IF YOU CHARGEBACK ON ME! no exceptions.
GENERAL RULES
if you have a toyhou.se i DO expect you to put me as the original designer! my toyhou.se is xak you are NOT allowed to place rules on my designs! only i can put rules on them! (e.g you cant tell someone to give the design back to you if they no-longer want it!) please credit me where possible , for the design (e.g in toyhou.se or if you post a ref sheet) if you back out of bids you will be placed on my blocked unless you state a valid reason as to why you have to!

- As of 20/06/2019 foward, you may resell, trade and/or gift the design for whatever you'd like ( within reason, do not price gouge my designs or i will block you )
-I require credit for the design and art ALWAYS (on toyhouse: xak)
-I have the right to resell a custom you have rejected, not paid for and/or payment chargebacked
-You may draw over my artwork for minor edits to DESIGNS ONLY, these changes must be minor and the design MUST still be recognisable as the original design. DO NOT FULLY REDESIGN OVER MY ARTWORK. , AS LONG AS THE ORIGINAL is KEPT hidden inside their toyhouse profile still , and i am still credited. DO NOT ABUSE THIS by frankenstiening my art or reusing my art as a base. SMALL EDITS ONLY. if you need to do larger edits/redesigns please MAKE YOUR OWN REF/ART FOR IT, AND NOT DRAW ONTOP OF MINE.
-You can add any accessories, change the species/gender etc
-You may make small changes to the design; but not to the point where it is unrecognizable and/or not my design anymore. redesigns are fine unless it becomes unrecogniseable from the original and i am no longer given credit.
-You are allowed to make merchandise of my designs (that you own) as long as you don't claim to own/created the design (please credit me where used) ! (i.e pins, plushies, fursuits, etc) I only ask for a commercial usage payment if you are directly using my artwork.
-If you back out of purchases multiple times you will be placed on my blacklist unless you state a valid reason as to why you have to.
-I will revoke designs as needed due to chargebacks.
DO NOT make simillar designs or breed them (i.e siblings, children etc)

DO NOT ATTEMPT to sell my designs to anyone on this blacklist / get designs FOR them.
anyone on my blacklist caught with a design by me AFTER i have informed them of their blacklist will have that design revoked. no exceptions.
Please Do Not
- DO NOT resell designs obtained via free/gift/giveaways/raffles unless you have paid for art to be added.
- DO NOT price gouge my designs
- DO NOT apply your own rules to my designs (i.e tradeback agreements)
- DO NOT make simillar designs or breed them (i.e siblings, children etc)
- DO NOT use my designs for zoo/feral/hate content.
- DO NOT delete characters / + please try to avoid trading/selling to offsite users!
- do not sell my designs to users on my blacklist
users on my blacklist are still allowed to use P2U bases they've purchased in the past/still use characters they had before they got blacklisted, and still use art they had from me. they're just not allowed to purchase/use new stuff of mine.
