Ashes

Ah, Ashes, a demon who fought his nature.
In his world, there are two types of demons, those who are basically humans whose physical, but not mental condition has changed, and demons who have given into the hedonism and sadism that Hell exudes.

Ashes is one of the normal folk.
Jovial, yet has his moments of seriousness. Kind, but will snap if pushed too far. And most of all, his group of friends are his goddamn family, god help anybody who tries to hurt them.
His friend group consists of Carter, a slightly mentally unstable, yet perfectly fine young man, Piper, a dance-queen who sells pixie sticks in her spare time, and Juniper, a tomboy.

(Juniper and Piper both belong to Paniramia.)

Ashes is straight, but not looking. While he originally had feelings for Piper, he didn't want to ruin what they already had, and he'd rather find a girl who, if things went sour, wouldn't trash any of his long-standing friendships. His greatest fear is losing his closest friends after all...not to mention he's happy enough as best friends.

Occasionally the four run a podcast known as Hell's Living Room, where the four of them shoot the shit and tell stupid stories.

He does possess illusion powers, however said powers are limited. They only truly reach true potential when he is incredibly enraged, or feeling strong emotion.
