The first successful attempt by HINTCORP to create a neural-net based helper android, HINT is kind, modest and ready to help anyone with anything. Though they may seem meek and unassuming at times, it’s quickly overshadowed by their eagerness to learn and assist others– that is what they were made for, after all! HINT spends most of their time in the HINTCORP building, researching humanity and looking at flowers. Despite HINT and HINTCORP’s notoriety, though, not a lot is known to the public about the two prototype versions of HINT developed before HINT was finished… but they’re sure it’s nothing to be too worried about.

After their creation in 2040, HINT's early life mostly consisted of getting used to dealing with human behavior and learning how to help people. Their interactions with people were limited, and they spoke in a rather rigid way.
It was at this time that they began to form relationships with the employees at HINTCORP, namely the CEO, Ludovica, and Romeo, a programmer at the company. Romeo especially encouraged them to get out of their shell a little bit.
HINT, now a bit more extroverted than they were previously, greets everyone they meet with a positive demeanor. They pass the time at the HINTCORP office building mostly outside in the garden area, looking at flowers and butterflies.
Since HINTCORP announced that they were planning to mass-produce HINTs, they have put a lot more thought into their place in the world. Being labeled as an immense breakthrough in robotics and nothing else put something of a damper on the way they think of themself, and as such they often find themself wondering what it's like to simply be human-- to be alive. They wouldn't want anybody else to know that, though.
Ludovica's high status slightly intimidates HINT, and the two don't talk much. Nevertheless, HINT still cares a great deal about Ludovica, as their programming tells them to.
Romeo is HINT's closest friend, and one of the only people who visits them regularly. HINT doesn't want to admit it, but they sort of view Romeo as a father figure.
