Born on one of the Mookin Island's, she and her sister's developed their craft of fire dancing very early on. Nejka learning the way of the whip/lasso. Nejka would part from the group first and carry her ways to another island. Often adventures around the island, and act's more as a silent protector type to those that live there.
Nejka is a multicolor common, having purple fluid and blue wax. Her hair is wisp-like, pink and purple. She bears a crown, with two orange holographic tassels. Her getup is sleek and formal. Bearing a resemblance to her sister's. She has a whip, attached to her hip that she uses in her fire-dancing.
Silent and quiet. Nejka is a woman of few words. While she is not mute, talking isn't her thing. Often seen uninterested in the world around her. She doesn't like engaging with others. Her actions speak louder than words. When angry, people fear the sound that comes from her throat, a hiss or a rattle they say. The whip she carries around, will often follow suit, striking an ear-piercing crack.

- Her last name is a reference to the mythological Brazilian Fire Snake, Boitatá. It's not her actual last name. Just a last name she goes by for symbolism.
- The hilt of her whip is in the shape of a sneak head, its maw opened, the whip sprouting from its maw. The whip part being the fire that the snake spits. The eyes of the snake are a ruby red.
