About
Bumper is a young and eager Autobot. He wants nothing more than to do his best and to make his superiors proud. He listens well to commands, he makes sure to show respect, and he gets his job done. Whatever job that may be, as long as its not sitting still. Even if that's what some bots want him to do, as he can be a bit of a clumsy oaf despite his tiny size. He's overly energetic, always bouncing from one things to the next, as well as always asking questions. He's curious by nature, always wanting to know and learn more. Enough so that he may come off as annoying to others. Despite never leaving the base unless supervised, Bumper is friendly towards everyone and quite a bit naive about how things work in the outside world. Hell, he's never even met a Decepticon!

Ablities
- Like most cybertronians with intact transformation cog organs, Bumper is able to scan alternate modes, transform, and operate integrated weapon systems.
- Bumper has holomatter projectors installed directly into his hull. He can project from all sides of himself, create his own holo-light disguise, and even interact with his projections, such as personalized datapads.
- Bumper's holo form is a teenage androgynous human. By human standards, they appear almost too young to drive. They have black hair, bright blue eyes and a headset covering their ears. They wear a white and red shirt with a red scarf, white wrist guards, blue jeans, and red coverse shoes.
Limitations
- Also like most cybertronians, Bumper has only one alt mode at a time. He can not revert to older models and can only transform into things he can completely scan.
- His holomatter projectors have a limited range, about 20 feet, except for his holo-light disguise which can be projected up to 40 feet.
Story
Before
There's not much history written for this young Cybertronian. He was created long after the start of the war, more recently, in fact. With a fresh batch of cold sparks found he, along with a few other bots, were created for the numbers of war. Still a rookie, barely past his creation, Bumper was shipped off to a far corner of space where he was promised training, only to be rebounded back upon arrival and sent straight to Earth where he was expected to die as cannon fodder the middle of the battle on the mudball planet.
Then
However, instead of being thrown directly into battle, Bumper was passed base to base, receiving minor training from each before he arrived within the NEST base. After two years on Earth with no defined purpose and place in the war, he was to be shipped to the Rescue Bot Training Academy instead, however before the call was given, a bot named Sidehide had volunteered to become Bumpers personal trainer.
Now
Under the guidance of the older mech, Bumper's been training to fight and learning of Earth for about a year now but is still far from ready for battle.

Fun Facts
- Bumper is very noticeably small for a cybertronian mech. He stands at barely 10 feet tall in his mech form and his alt form is no bigger than half a car, being a Smart Fortwo.
- Bumper has a horrible sense of direction and almost always seems to get lost.
- He can be pretty forgetful as well, being known to have to come back and ask what he was supposed to do again.
- He always seems to be so full of energy, rarely has time to even consider sitting down and taking a break unless he is told to and even then, he fidgets, a lot, but he's trying to work on it!
- Bumper isn't really a 'kiss ass' but he can be overly polite and respectable to everyone, even others who are mean to him. He's just too nice to be negative!
Inventory
- Bumper's weapons of choices are a small blaster with not too much of a kickback, and a retractable arm blade. He isn't much of a fighter, though, so likely only uses his weapons as a last resort.

Design Notes
- He is SMALL. If drawn with another transformer, please keep in mind their heights. Bumper is 10 feet tall which is very little next to an average sized cybertronian.
- His "ears" can show his expression and can fold up/down depending on his mood. His doorwings are very animated as well, especially as he talks!
