Hiella

Hiella is originally from the Tundra Plains kingdom but moved to the Alpha Ocean kingdom at a young age in order to prevent the cold from damaging her wings. She is a member of Team Frostbite with Kazakama and is employed by the Alpha Ocean guild as a rescue team.
