冬夜 (Winter)

They're the ruler of an ice kingdom located at the core of an eternal blizzard far off in the mountains, though because of their powers they are able to stabilize the weather in a large vicinity so that their people can live peacefully. They often use a magic mirror to teleport freely between their home land and a city that they had once visited.
