Glassboy is a boy made of glass (yes very obvious).
He's a fragile child living all alone in a nostalgic town called Prism. He's cautious and fearful of the whimsical world outside but his friend Kari is going to help him overcome those fears as they make memories in the Prism-like place they live in ^-^
He's a bit of a pushover... to a degree. He has a lot of passion for birdwatching, puzzle solving, learning new things and helping others. He loves birds... and he loves nature! He wishes Prism Pier had an aviary or something :( He is a very caring person, and wants to be there for others the way they are there for him! he's just held back by his fears and emotions.
His story is about healing from trauma. I can't really say much more... but he's inspired by my own experiences with anxiety and aspirations. He may be made of glass... but he's so much more than his fragile exterior.
Glassboy's left arm is always loose so it falls off, and goes on its own adventures. He can either have it or not have it. Doesn't matter too much
