A young wolf from the big city with mysterious past. She's an amateur mechanic that is well known in her field thanks to her skills and is respected and liked by locals. A hard-worker who always wants to give back to people, even if she'll object every time you'll brought it up to her.

Personality · · ·
Hibiki spends her days at the workshop mainly doing her job. She solely focuses on that, making it clear she does not want any help or company from others. Starting to act rude when reminded of her so-called "rough and tough" behavior. She treats her workshop as the space to escape the world and aspects of it that she hates. So be sure if someone distracts her when working they'll get out with a sour expression on their face.
But despite all of it, she has good relationships with locals and they respect her for what she brought to this community, though the same can't be said about outsiders they're a completely different can of worms, she'll always approach them with distrust and suspicion. Preceded by her previous situations and relations.
By her work ethic and pure dedication to her craft it's easy to assume she's a kind of perfectionist, but actually it's not the case. She's pretty chill outside her workshop, well... beside her impulsive temper, loud voice and tendency to be very stubborn.

Has a big sense of justice and truth, she won't hold her opinions or lie just 'cause someone's ganna be sad or whatever.
Distrustful
Hibiki always judges a book by its cover when it comes to new people she meets and tends to assume the worst of them.

Backstory · · ·
Hibiki had a pretty calm childhood. She grew up in the main city in a middle class family and her relations with her parents were very good, but she always struggled because of her lack of confidence and being not very sociable from the very beginning.
Having been born with a rare mutation that makes her stand out from other mentiers left a mark on Hibiki. She always ended up as a relevant topic among other kids and talking about her behind her back or avoiding her was a common phenomenon thrughtout her childhood. This as a whole made Hibiki unsure about herself and she stayed back from socializing with other kids her age until one day, the day she met her best and only friend for years, Yanay. A charismatic peacock with a very bright future before him. Who as the first one to reach out to her.
From the very beginning they never needed extra company from anyone else, being completely inseparable from each other. Even Yanay's parents really enjoyed her presence, often Hibiki would have the luxury of being invited by their family to join them on various occasions or parties. She was treated like a second child they never had before. However most of their days were spent under Diego's watchful eyes as he acted as their babysitter.
Being so close with such an influential family and popular person like Yanay is, kinda automatically(/indirectly) made her popular too… Just not how she imagined it to be popular or liked. People knew her name, she was always invited to the parties or to hang out with people, but in all of it she always was just a background for Yanay. Pushed further and further away with time passing and them growing up.
Some time later when both Hibiki and her friend got older, their world soon would turn upside down as Yanay had to take a important role as a temporary head of the city due to the unfortunate passing of his aunt, Ocypete. The person he was possibly the closest to. Besides all of this... he weirdly quickly got over it, in no time getting used to his new role.
This opened a new opportunity for Hibiki. After all the good this family gave her during her whole life to this point, she could do something in return. Without any doubts or questions, she accepted the offer becaming a brand new bodyguard to the family alongside, now much older but still strong as ever, Diego.
II. The First Bumps on The Road · · ·
During her time working, she got to know Diego better. He’s basically a part of Yanay’s family but because he’s much older than them, and usually took on the role of babysitter, there was no real reason to have a meaningful chat with him before this moment.
After just a few exchanged words it quickly turned out they have a lot in common, from appearance to personality. Happy she found a new friend, first one since she met Yanay, they became very close, very quickly. In days free from work she'll prefer to go grab coffee with Diego than go and stay next to Yanay while hanging out with "their Friends".
But this wouldn't last for long, as Hibiki started to spend more and more time with Diego she could feel a strange tension that appered between him and Yanay.
Yanay would start coming up with excuses to make Diego busy and unable to talk with her and whenever Hibiki would brought it up to him, he would start acting strange towards her too. "Me? jealous? Do you even understand what does this word mean? You're saying nonsense." became a common sentance she hear over and over again...
"How can you even insinuate I have any problems with him being with us? Hib... use your head for once... and think. Is it weird that I want to spend some time with you? Only you? Aren't you the one who misses the days there was only two of us?"
Hibiki would eventualy stop trying to act againts what Yanay were saying. After all he was right, she wanted to go back when he wasn't distracted by everyone around him... but no matter how often Yanay would reassure Hibiki that all he does is for her, for them, he'll sooner or later be right back at the beginning. Nedding to do it all over again.

The most trustworthy person ever met. He may be grumpy and a bit of a old man, but he has his head in the right place.
Despise everything that happen between them, he still visits Hibiki after she got trowthed out from city even if this can get him into a lot of trouble.
