Although he has never really been against using his looks to get around, Mikkel absolutely hates being relying fully on his appearance. He is very charming, and comes off as kind and adventurous, always taking control of situations when given the opportunity and leading conversations where he wants them to go. That being said, he tends to be manipulative and rather artificial, always acting with ulterior motives, good or bad, and constantly acting out carelessly with little actual regard to others around him.

He loves the thought of others being helplessly attracted to him, and will do just about anything to get the attention he wants, (and get rid of the attention he's not too fond of). He has a bad habit of not quite thinking things through before acting out on them.

BACKGROUND

Mikkel was born in Denmark but his family moved to Sweden when he was 3, he speaks both danish, norwegian, swedish, and english. His childhood was mostly spent stealing and vandalizing public property, trying out different drugs and generally speaking getting himself into trouble. Both his parents gave up on him rather quickly, and at age 17 after he'd gotten himself involved in a rather large, gruesome scandal near his hometown, they decided to help him escape and hide out in America.

The plan was for him to shape up and get his life together, but soon after arriving in the new country he cut off contact with all family and relatives, and his criminal activity escalated quite a bit.

He unofficially joined DreamScape around the age of 20, after a not so pleasant run-in with Ilya Chezhekov.

OCCUPATION

Mikkel is rather trigger happy, but his job is mostly to handle the organ trade scene with Ilya, they are partners in that sense, but Mikkel does all the talking 100% of the time.

RELATIONSHIPS

Ilya Chezhekov

The one who introduced Mikkel to DreamScape in the first place, and the only one able to talk some actual sense into him most of the time. The two of them work almost flawlessly together, and not many people really question their cooperation or Ilya's near constant presence by Mikkel's side. They don't speak much or appear to be friends really, but there's some sort of agreement going on between the two of them, perhaps relating to Mikkels position in the gang.

Sawyer Jackson

Sawyer and Mikkel are very similar in one way or another, but where Sawyer lacks control and insight, Mikkel has the upper hand. They get along well because they share the same nihilistic views and interests, both very much a fan of drugs and music. But Mikkel does very much enjoy Sawyer's thick streak of submissiveness, something he stumbled upon in the most pleasant way. Sawyer inflates Mikkels ego with his mindless sweet-talk and with how willingly he'll let himself be trampled all over, and Mikkel rubs Sawyer's ego just by willingly seeking him out.

Lionel Rousseau

Mikkel is absolutely terrified of Lionel, the only person who really knows why being Ilya and perhaps Sawyer. He keeps interactions with the man short, and to the point. Follows every order without so much as blinking... He's rather different around him than he is with all others.
