lil sad fish boy that sea found on their travels. he seems to really love travelling, but he doesn't enjoy sightseeing, talking, or any other regular travel activities..? he's usually very quiet, but stubborn and pretty smart. you'll usually find him right next to sea, hiding behind them.
he's able to transform into a big fish, but hates being in that form. he seems to fear being in water..?
